Shipping policy

USA SHIPPING
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Domestic Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Standard International Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
  • Our normal time-frame to process and ship orders within 2 - 4 business days of receipt.
  • If you purchased a back-ordered or pre-order item(s), the shipping timeframe is listed in the product description and checkout page. The shipping method that is selected will be initiated once items are in-stock, it will not be initiated once you place your order.
  • Your order may be processed with multiple shipments, you will receive an email with your tracking number when each shipment occurs.
  • There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if billing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue.
  • If you have any special requests to expedite your delivery for a specific date - please contact our office or send an email to hello@casadezoya.com to schedule an expedited shipping service to fulfill your special request.
DUTIES AND TAXES
  • All international orders will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU), and all duty and tax charges will be paid by the customer upon arrival at your local country.
  • We are also not responsible for any VAT or Customs Duty Tax, it is at the sole discretion of the customer to pay any fees associated with VAT or Customs Duty Tax.
  • If your merchandise or package is returned due to a refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs, or failure to pay duties charges - you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will be sent store-credit for the remaining paid amount. By purchasing from CDZ, you accept that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
ADDRESS CHANGES
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email.
  • All address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
  • Please note that once your order has shipped, CDZ cannot change the shipping address.
  • We ask that you contact hello@orolosangeles.com to request any modifications.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
  • If a package is undeliverable and returned to CDZ, we will be unable to reship the package without an additional payment for shipping costs from the customer.
  • If we do not receive a response from customer regarding the undelivered package, we will process the return and send store-credit (excluding shipping costs) for the undelivered package.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
  • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
  • We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
