Return policy
RETURN INFORMATION
- We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.
- Your return request must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your order. All returns outside of this period, will be returned back to you.
- Upon return, CDZ will issue store credit or refund. Refunds and store credit will be issued in the amount paid excluding shipping costs.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk, we require all items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrive safely.
REFUNDS
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify regarding the refund approval or denial.
- If approved, we will automatically refund the full amount excluding shipping costs to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@casadezoya.com.
EXCHANGES
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered, depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your item for a store-credit and place a new order for the desired style.
SALE ITEMS
- Sale items can only be returned for store-credit or exchange. We will not issue a refund for any items that have a discount applied to the order.
- Orders with a discount or promotional code applied either given by our newsletter email, newsletter popup, or any of our platforms are considered sale items.
LOST ITEMS
- Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
- If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company.
- There will be no refunds or replacements for packages that go missing with the shipping company.
FINAL SALE
- Final sale items are not valid for any returns, exchange, refund, or store-credit.
- Final sale means you cannot receive a return, exchange, refund, or store-credit.
- Final sale items are typically offered on end-of-season styles, and they often have a significantly reduced price.
